Reliable charging for Phonak E-series RIC hearing aids

The Phonak Charger RIC E is designed for selected rechargeable Phonak RIC hearing aids in the E generation. It provides a simple wired charging solution for users who want a dedicated charger at home or an additional charger in another location.

Place the hearing aids in the clearly marked left and right charging slots and charging begins automatically. The LED indicators on the hearing aids show the charging status, and charging stops automatically when the batteries are full.

A complete charge takes approximately 2.5 hours. Unlike the ChargerGo version, Charger RIC E does not have an integrated power bank, so it must remain connected to an external power source while charging.

Compatibility

Phonak Charger RIC E is compatible with the following rechargeable Phonak hearing aids:

• Phonak Audéo E-R
• Phonak Audéo E-Sphere
• Phonak CROS E-R

In some markets, these models are also marketed as Audéo R EON, Audéo Sphere EON and CROS R EON. The charger is intended specifically for these E-generation models.

Important: The “E” in the product name is important. Phonak Charger RIC E is not the same charger as Phonak Charger RIC I for earlier Infinio hearing aids such as Audéo I-R and CROS I-R. Always match the charger to the exact hearing aid generation before ordering.

Charger RIC E or ChargerGo RIC I E?

Phonak offers both a standard wired charger and a portable ChargerGo option for compatible E-series hearing aids. Charger RIC E must be connected to a power source while charging, whereas ChargerGo RIC I E includes an internal rechargeable battery that can provide charging away from a power outlet.

If you mainly charge your hearing aids at home, at work or beside your bed, Charger RIC E is the straightforward option. If you regularly need to charge while travelling or away from a power source, a compatible ChargerGo model may be more suitable.
