The Adult Ear Hook (80) is a small but important replacement part for compatible behind-the-ear hearing aids. The ear hook sits at the top of the hearing aid and forms the connection between the hearing aid body and the tubing leading to the earmould.

When should the ear hook be replaced?

An ear hook should be replaced if it becomes cracked, loose, worn or damaged, or if the tubing no longer attaches securely. A worn ear hook can affect the fit of the tubing and may reduce everyday reliability.

If the sound becomes weak, also check the tubing and earmould for moisture, wax or blockage, as these can cause similar symptoms.
